Evidence that is weaker counts for less: a law or retirement linked to an idea but not yet confirmed by affected people counts half, and self-reported revenue counts 70% of payment-verified revenue. Missing evidence scores zero, so a low rank can mean we have not found it yet, not that it does not exist.
